Great Job and response time!! 6/20/2017

We were in a real jam with folks coming in from out of town and ofcourse AC went out, Plum-Air went above and beyond to ensure a tech made it out that same day. Dale met me at the house and was nothing but great, we will be long term Plum-Air customers!!! This kind of reaction time and customer service does not go un-noticed!! a BIG thanks to Dale and all the folks at Plum Air!! Thanks again! more

It was Sunday evening, and we were closed. The last place I wanted to be was at the restaurant, but our cooler was running high. After speaking with the Plum-Air answering service, Dale called me immediately and he talked me though the problem and said he could be there in 30 minutes. He promptly arrived and diagnosed the problem. In a relatively short period of time he had fixed the cooler. Dale was efficient and professional for which I am very appreciative. more
