Planned Celebrations By Rental

I am so disappointed in this company. I made an appointment with Jessie to meet me at my venue to discuss decorating options. She called the morning of to ask ""Can you come down to the shop because I don't have time and if I meet with you it will be 3 hours out of my day"". That really put me off but I was nice enough to ask her if we could do another day to which she replied ""if I am going to drive all that way I am going to need a deposit what do you think about that?"" I told her I didn't like that at all but thank you anyway. Apparently a 45 minute drive is too much an inconvience for her. I am not sure how someone could run a business like this but I wanted to make sure I warn people about Jessie from Planned Celebration who will definitely not be planning my celebration. more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. When we walked in to rent tables we seen some set out and they were nice. So here we are thinking we are getting something similar. My first time renting and I learned alot from this experience. So we went ahead and rented for Saturday we come to find out the day we were picking up they were closed on Sunday and had to bring it in Monday 8-10am which people have to work so we had to find someone who can help and take them for us. Very upset to ask cause I dont like bothering people. Ok so when they pop out with the tables and chairs they were so horrible and dirty looking but we had no choice but to get them because it was too late to find another place who would rent us out tables and chairs. We orignally order black chairs but they said they didn't have anymore. So we got stuck with these cream looking white chairs that were suppose to be white. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please do your research and pay the extra cash to save time and headache more
