Nice mall 9/9/2006

We haven't stayed here as a guest but have done some shopping and it is really endowed. There are clothes and jewelry stores everywhere. It has a really nice Middle Eastern theme, and a great place to window shop as well. Plus it is right on the strip. Fun to visit! more

A Great Place To Stay in Vegas 4/16/2006

The Aladdin Hotel....soon to be Planet Hollywood. We stayed there Valentine's Day week and really liked it. The location is great, right next to Paris, across from the beautiful Bellaggio Hotel and Fountains. There is plenty to do without leaving the Aladdin property, as it has many eateries, shows, great casino, and a variety of shops that rival Ceasar's Forum Shops. The rooms are great, well appointed and cozy. I really liked staying there, The valet parking service was great!! more

Great to walk around in! 4/15/2006

The Aladdin is a really nice resort and Casino. The shops are a lot of fun to walk around, and give you a nice workout! The casino is also a lot of fun. I really like the whole atmosphere there, and hope it doesn't change too much as it moves toward being a Planet Hollywood. I really recommend stopping by if you want to spend a few hours walking around. more

We spend most of our time here! 4/14/2006

Even though we were not staying here, we stayed next to it at Polo Towers, we spent most of our time here. They have a great varitey of shops in the Deserts Passage, a Starbucks... a plus when you've been up all night gambling. And the best Pai Gow dealers we met on the strip. The Aladdin always had at least 2-3 tables open too. Unlike other casino's who would only have one, and no places to sit and join. The dealers were all really nice as well. One day we spent 8 hours sitting at one table, rotating through awesome friendly dealers. We were winning and having a ball. more

Great shops & casino 4/9/2006

We didn’t stay here but had a great time in the shopping mall as well as the casino. There are some great galleries if you are into artistic photography or artwork in general, and we even made a purchase while in one of them. Lots of higher end stores….win at the casino and treat yourself in the shops. Definitely check it out while in Vegas! more

Their slots are loose for me! 3/20/2006

I've never stayed here, but I've played the slots in the casino and have always walked away with more money than I put in. I always get lucky at their Wheel of Fortune slots, the 25¢ machines. I really enjoy the shopping mall. It is a cool place to go in a cool off while browsing. Most of the shops are high end and way too expensive for me, but great to look in. more

Shopping and Gambling 3/11/2006

These guys changed their name to Planet Hollywood, but they are still good. They still have a pretty cool mall, with pretty nice stores, such as Sharper Image. The mall also have some nice restaurants too. The outside of the casino looks marvelous, it looks like a building from the aladdin movie (one of the castles). There are many casino games to play from. I personally like the drinks they make for you, such as the pina colada (they taste fantastic)! The gambling area is quite huge, and I got lost a couple times. They have a couple Starbucks to keep those late night gamblers await. The hotel rooms are really nice, seriously. I stayed there a couple times. They have huge bathtubs!!! You can literally sleep in them. The beds are so comfty and soft, and tv comes with standard cable. I recommend this place to stay if you go to Vegas. more

It works, sometimes... 2/8/2006

I really wasn't expecting what I got here. This hotel has really just one kind of room for regular folks, the rest seem to be geared towards stealing some guests of the other hotels. The regular rooms are nice, but nothing special (interernet access is extra!). Basically around the same size or a bit smaller than the rest of the Strip. the televisions are a good size, too . But who comes to Vegas to watch tv? The good thing is that there is nowhere to go but up and the up is that the suites have wonderful views and computers (no laptops to bring!). Bottom line is that there are nicer places to stay for a comparable price. more

Fun palce to be 11/15/2005

Aladdin has great restaurants, great shopping, good spa, and nice shows. I especially like seeing the acrobats and belly dancers just coming out of no where and putting on a show. Oh and the rain is a must see. There is a great selection of stores, even a pearl finder! I haven't seen the rooms but everything is very nice. My favorite hotel overall- mostly because of the shopping and the eats. I even reccomend the buffet, which I hate everywhere else. more

Fun Place 9/13/2005

This casino is clean, organized, and puts emphasis on customer satisfaction. I also like the shops and restaurants. This is my favorite casino on the strip. It's location is also great around the five great casinos here and anywhere. I'm not sure about the rooms b/c I've never been up there but everything in the casino is great. They even found my cell phone I lost there! more

Nice Hotel 9/11/2005

I stayed at The Aladdin Hotel a few months ago. The hotel is Arabian themed and is just plain awesome! Upon check-in I was upgraded to a much bigger room. Although it was not a suite, the room was huge with an awesome view of the fountains of Bellagio. There were two queen sized beds, big armoire, and sofa with coffee table. The bathroom was the biggest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel. The glassed in shower was big enough for two people. The separate soaking tub was in the middle of the far wall. There was also a separate room for the toilet. There were dual sinks on the granite countertops. The Desert Passage has loads of shopping . There is no way to get bored at this hotel. Two thumbs up. more

changing to Planet Hollywood 9/4/2005

Aladdin is in the midst of being converted to some kind of Planet Hollywood destination. I'm not sure what that will entail, but I have a feeling it will be bad. The only small coffee shop there that is now a Planet Hollywood coffee shop is extremely expensive. Like, $12 for eggs. On the up side, Aladdin is next to Paris so it's an easy walk to their buffet for breakfast. There are a ton of stores here, which is ok. I've also been to the Creole style restaurant here, which was fancy and delicious. THey have this awesome soup sampler which I recommend. I don't remember the name of the place. more

ok 8/29/2005

The casino leaves much to be desired -- it's small and reminds me oof the bottle Jeanie lived in on the oold TV show. Their buuffet is toop notch and rivals the bellagio and Paris with moore variety AND value. They have aan impressive facaade and the mall inside rivals the Caesarss Palace Forum Shoops. It actually rains inside!!! Now that's attentioon too detail. They hhave one headdliner restaurant-- the casinoo//entertainment areaa dooesn't compete with all its neighboors. This is moore of a hotel than a casinoo. more

nice place 8/23/2005

The best thing the Aladdin has going for it is the location since it is so centrally located on the strip and near all the other big hotels. The rooms are standard sized and nice, and the buffet is one of the better ones in Vegas. There is also a mall called the Desert Passage with some upscale shops and a few restaurants. It might just have been the weekend that we were there, but the place felt really empty! But can't complain because prices are decent for a good hotel. more

Great hotel and casino! 8/18/2005

Alladin Hotel and Casino has much to offer. There are shops that range from your typical stores to very high fashion stores. Inside you will find a variety of restaurants as well as fast food court. There are events held in the theater, so catch a show while you are visiting here. more

Aladdin Resort & Casino 8/10/2005

Beautiful and Spacious Rooms... You can usually get special rates that make Aladdin pretty affordable for the quality of room and service. This is a nice new hotel in Vegas with a just-right location. Great for walking around the strip. They are about medium price for the strip. Found their slots to be rather tight and don't have very many of them. more
