I went into Planet Beach Uptown and the service was AMAZING! They really tend to their customers needs, and are not pushy with sales. My experience was relaxing and welcoming. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with friendly vibes and welcoming smiles. They sat me down and asked exactly what I was looking for and didnt try to oversell me to memberships and more than what I was asking for. It was kind of cool that they had not only tanning beds, but also some spa pieces and nutrition as well. The rooms were very kept up and my results were exactly what I was looking for. I was not planning on purchasing a membership with planet beach, but after my experience today I am definitely going to consider it! \r \r I have no idea what the other review's are talking about, I loved my experience and strongly reccommend everyone to visit this Spa! Pros: Customer Service, services, selective range of products, CUSTOMER SERVICE CUSTOMER SERVICE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Cons: Seems pricy at first but definitely worth the results! more

I just wanted to buy a tanning package. I simply stopped in to ask about rates. I wanted to look at a piece of paper. i wanted options I could pick myself, not a conversation with a sales person asking me to explain every thought process. \r I was asked twice who my appointment was with, then taken to a back room and soft sold on services I wasn't asking for. Trying to ask how much package rates are is pointless. All queations are answered with questions, trying to steer you towards ""memberships"" you don't need. GRILL! After you don't comply, they will not even look you in the eye. I ran for my life. I had a better experience buying my car. Shiver. more

the people working here cant seem to remember when you called and made an appointment. I guess the sun has cooked some brain cells. If you have an appointment they will not assist in keeping your schedule.. more
