I purchased a coffeemaker from planet appliance in November. It did not arrive untl the end of December despite that I payed for 5 day shipping. I returned it unopened and undamaged in December and was reassured by ""Peppy"" that I would see a refund on my credit card within 3 days. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. It was like pulling teeth to get them to call me back before that but once they recieved the package I returned and never refunded my money, the absolutely refused to pick up the phone or return any of the DOZENS of messages I left BEGGING for my money back. Nothing like a ridiculous rip-off company that STEALS from hardworking people trying to buy a gift for someone they love. F***ing A**sholes. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! Cons: They take forever to ship and then keep 100% of your money when you return. RIPOFF more
