Pizza Works has the absolute best crust anywhere in the city, and one of the best crusts I've ever had. Anybody can put toppings on pizza--and those don't vary much from one pizza shop to the next (with few exceptions), so the crust is really what makes the pie, and PW's is wonderful! I am a pan pizza person, so I have not tried the thin crust there yet. As far as toppings go, if you like mushrooms, PW offers a choice of fresh or not. Try this pizza parlor, I think you will keep coming back.
