Pittstown Pools

I agree with Brandy B. Horrible customer service. Never showed, never received a phone call. Later told that they would be there next day, then never showed again, and again, no call. Its a week later and still never showed. Ended up doing the job myself. Don't know how this company stays in business. VERY Unprofessional. Their prices are cheaper than others, but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for. Use another company! more

This is the worst place ever!!! I needed a pool liner. I called them and this woman was MORE then happy to take my money. She said that I'd have my liner and it would be installed before Memorial Day. BTW, this was in the beginning of May. I called a week before Memorial Day to see what was going on. She acted like I was crazy. Anyway, I said fine whatever. Let's just set up another date. We had an appt for a week later. No Show! No Call! No Nothing!!!! I called her and no answer. I called her about 20 different times and left messages and still nothing. My husband got irritated and drove there. When he got there our pool liner wasn't there! She said it would be there tomorrow. My husband went back again and got it. We hired somebody else who was here within a day and it is finished. Long story short, stay clear of this woman! She is a liar, a bitch, a money hungry troll and should not be dealing with people. She should be locked up in a padded room! She's nuts!!! When somebody promises you something and is nice as can be until they get your money then turns into satan woman ya think she should be around people??? I'm saying not! more

We always have them open and close our inground pool (we like using a local business). They also test our water and we purchase liquid clorine from them (this stuph is great) - they keep us within budget and they dont sell us junk we do not need. \r \r Looking to have them install a back wash line now.\r \r Highly recommend them if you are in the Pittstown, Clinton, Flemington area.\r \r more

I use them to open and close my pool. I also go to get the water tested and purchase supplies. I have tried other places but Marc and Pat seem to know my pool the best. They also try to keep you within budget and not sell you junk you do not need. more

This store is great if you like terrible service, and being degraded by a nasty old lady, and her equally nasty daughter. Never friendly. The service guys never show up, and when they do, they do a poor job. Despite the review by virginia277995 (which by the way is the nasty old lady) the experience you will have at Pittstown Pools is never a pleasant one. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy. Our family is all for supporting local business, but in this case, we would rather drive hours than go back to this smoky, animal filled store run by the devil herself and her minion daughter. DONT GO THERE! more

I would never step foot in this store. The older lady who works at the counter is a complete witch!!! She is unfriendly and rude. I have never heard a good thing about their pool service, either. They leave many customers high and dry during the pool season. We will never deal with them again, for service or to buy pool parts! I had to rate it with one star, but really it deserves a negative 5 stars! more

Pittstown Pools as always been very helpful and very knowledgilbe about chemicals and anything that is wrong with your pools. They have nothing to do with the service department. If you have any problems with her being rude it is because your being rude to her. So stop taking it out on her and her store .Patiences is a virtue I guest there are no virtuous people out there . more
