I have always found their work and customer service to be above and beyond the required. I have over 5 carats of diamonds in my wedding set and they did an excellent job. I suspect those that are unhappy with their work no little about quality or craftsmanship more

I had my engagement ring resized there. Upon dropping it off,my ring was perfect. When I picked it back up,the ring (14k white gold) had an area that was dented in. I don't know if that is where they resized the ring but its noticeably dented and no longer in perfect condition. Very unfortunately for us,we didn't notice until we were in the car driving home. Of course had we gone back they would have said the ring was already like that. Never again will I go there and I'll make sure to let people know of our experience. more

To say that the customer service was amazing today at Pittman's would almost be an insult, the customer service was far beyond amazing. When my husband and I walked into the store, we were welcomed with a welcoming hello.This store is very family oriented and treat you like family. The lady Cheryl that works there was the one to help us. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we came in for. Cheryl blew our minds with all the knowledge that she shared. Cheryl went far beyond great customer service, and we couldn't thank her enough for the help provided today. Cheryl is the reasoning for our future visits to this store! She definitely holds all other Jewelry stores to a very high standard to beat. Thank you again Pittman jeweler's and Cheryl for a wonderful experience. more

I have purchased Pandora at Pittman Jewelers and am quite satisfied with the service, knowledge, and attitude of the staff. I also sold some old gold jewelry and was satisfied to learn about the quality of my gold as well as the price I was given. I have bought several items at Pittman's and plan to continue shopping there. more

The owner as well as a woman worker there were extremely rude. They didn't answer the question about a ring setting that I came into their establishment asking. I would save yourself the trouble. more

I'm extremely satisfied with the service at pittman jewelers, the atmosphere in the store is comforting... it's almost like being part of the family :) I've been there to get my rings cleaned, and to get repairs to old necklaces... especially to add some more charms to my pandora bracelet. I'd have to say, this is better than any other jewelry store I've been to because I can leave my jewelry with them to get repairs and not feel nervous like I do with other jewelry stores, they're very trustworthy. :) They know you by name by your second visit, and to be family-owned makes the experience of shopping there all the more great! more

After passing their billboard advertising them as a dealer for Pandora charms I decided to take a look at their collection. They only had a small amount of charms and I ordered the one I was looking for ... well, that is 7 weeks ago and my charm is not even near. I call them every week to hear more excuses why the charm (that I already paid for) has not arrived yet. They won't return your call if you leave a voice mail. I am very disappointed and hope that I will receive my charm at some point. That was the first and last time I shopped at Pittman. more

I am appalled to think that anyone could ever be unhappy with pittman jewelers, they are actually above the nicest store you could ever go into and shop. They are very educated in their business,and definitely know what they are doing,very trustworthy,knowledgeable,and prices are always very fair.what else can I say? they are "only the best"They are a fine family and a great family business .I guess there are some customers you'd never please,no matter how hard you try! more

I first phoned the Jeweler to see if I could bring a wedding band in to be sized. They said, "sure, we could probably do it in a day or two." They would not give me a price over the phone which was fine. I brought it to them and the sales girl brought out the owner who proceeded to ask me how much I paid for the ring and tried to sell me one of theirs. This was a Tiffany wedding band and he tried to sell me one he said was made by the same people just did not have the Tiffany stamp. He proceeded to tell me they were in the business of retail and provided sizing to their customers. ( I originally called them through an ad in a local paper, advertising that they do repairs) I would not recommend doing business with these people. Had he provided me with this small service, which I was willing to pay for, I would be willing to make future purchases. Now I just give them the big, Thumbs Down! more

I took my wedding ring here to get it fixed after it broke. The place is very nice and orderly. The people there were down to earth and friendly. There is a little dog there that actually greets you at the door. They repaired my ring within a few days. The price was a little high and I was not happy with the work when I went back. I had to have it repaired over again. It was a mistake on the part of the jeweler that seemed like it should have been fixed before I even saw it. They did a quick repair that I am still not happy with. They did repair some other things of mine that I was happy with though. more
