Great Service! 5/4/2011

I placed a request for an after-hours call and it was not a problem. The phone-representative was very professional, warm and helpful! I described my problem and she gave me the fees for what I described and made it very clear that if further work was required the technician would tell me the price in its entirety after he assesed the situation and before he would begin his work. They were on my doorstep within the hour! My technician was friendly, professional, quick and VERY thorough with his work. Im extremely pleased! Pippin Brothers will definitely be my go-to for all my future plumbing needs! more

Pippin has a great name around the area so I decided to try them. The tech came out and fixed what need to be fixed. He was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I will choose Pippin again. They have a great name and good advertising! more

I have used Pippin Brothers for years now. They have always sent guys with good personalities and great manners to do the job. I always know I can count on good people and good work. I wouldn’t even suggest trying anyone else. more

This last time they worked with my availability (which was not much) got to my house fast and fixed the problem. I was tough to work with , I know, but they remained flexible. I love their service and will keep using them. more

Pippin Brothers knew when they were coming that I was on a tight schedule, and they were right on time to my home. The technician clearly knew what he was doing and did what I thought to be really honest work. I will use them again for sure. more

My son works at memorial hospital and recommended Pippin Brothers because he knew they do good work there. I was very satisfied with my experience with them. The man who performed the service in my home was informative, very professional, and polite. They made me feel comfortable and because of this, I will keep having them come back. more

Fantastic 8/30/2010

Since we’ve called Pippin Brothers, we’ve seen a HUGE savings on our bills. When they installed our unit, the workmanship was at the quality we were promised. What we still can’t believe is they allowed us to use 3 portable units during the time we had to wait for the installation of our new units We are so thankful for this because there is no way we could have endured those 10 days. Everyone at Pippin Brothers was courteous and patient with us and so helpful. They are fantastic in every way! more
