We come to Idaho Falls (my birthplace) every couple years for a family reunion and stay at the PineCrest partially "for old time's sake". more

A lot of Extras 9/13/2010

general setting, and Very convenient for us, and a lot of extras for a good price, microwave, fridge, an actual lawn area with our own patio door going out. For all of our outdoor activities, rafting, golf, biking, this was a convenient location. more

TRUST ME ..Personal at front desk outstanding, courteous, responded to our every request with out hesitation, pleasant to talk to, overall a great experience 5 star., Maid service & breakfast we have stayed in a lot of hotels/motel and the service rates the best. The bedding was like being home.?over all the management have some good knowledge of running a hotels/motel. more

This is a company were the customer is still important. The rooms are very clean, well cared for and Secure. The employees are very helpful. Concerned about making sure that you are taken care of. Very Polite and Courteous more

Services were very good and the room above satisfactory. The continental breakfast was worth waking up to and the workers were very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. more

Great value for money! 8/25/2010

Rooms were clean, service was good. People at the front desk were welcoming and offered a few tidbits of local places to go. I was told I needed to wait until laundry was done the next morning. That was the only issue we had through a four day weekend, so overall I’d say accomodations were right on the price. The pool was refreshing and the location is central to just about everything you need, only 2 miles for food or less for fast food, and our meeting place for rafting only about 30 mins away. more
