I love this place and so does everyone I tell to try it. Membership is very economical - can't be beat. Class is hard and goes by very quickly. The instructors keep you doing the moves right. There are people there of all ages and abilities so everyone feels comfortable and the staff is super nice. The best part is you see results - real results - fast. I thought I was in good shape already, but this place helped me tighten, tone, strengthen, gain flexibility and lose weight. I felt it after a couple weeks, but everyone saw it after a month. Try the free class and you'll be hooked.
