I found the Pilates Center of Pittsburgh 3 years ago and I have been greatful ever since. I started out with Lesley who helped me overcome a serious back injury. When I was ready Cecile and Aubry took over. The classes are wonderful and designed for all levels of Pilates. The misconception of this exercise is that just because you are fit you must be able to do it. Wrong! It is hard. I have 3 years in and several levels behind me but still find it challenging. I love it, my instructors and classmates. Thank you Pilates Center of Pittsburgh. You are the greatest!.....by the way the have moved and are located on Washington Road in Mt. I signed up for an intro class. However, the class was really difficult even tho I am a fit person. Later I learned that everyone else in the class had taken pilates b4, and so it wasn't really for beginners. the instructor was going at the pace of the other people in the class. more
