i bought a cake with them in september for my baby's 1st year birthday. I was so happy to find a nice bakery offing high end looking cakes. Unfortunately their service is sooo bad. First time i went i saw an ashtray with cigarette butts on their counter. then no one was there to help me! I still went back because i was impressed with how beautiful their cakes look like and still ordered my cake. when i came in to pick up my cake ( i ordered like a week before my party) 3 hours prior to my party they told me that my cake was not ready period! They did not even offered or told me when I should expect it! I had to beg them to make it ready as I will have my party in 3 hours! I finally had my cake an hour prior my party and I did not get the cake that i asked for!!! We had a specific design and boy was it different from what i chose! I would admit the cake still looks phenomenal and all my guests were amazed how beautiful it was. When we cut in the cake boy was it sour! I would never go back to this place!!
