The owner is quite rude and pushy. At first they come off very friendly, but once the dress is purchased no one there could care less about your needs. Another employee told us "that's life," when we stood around for a half hour after being early for our appointment, but they couldn't get for us.
Also, do not trust the owner to do your alterations. She doesn't know what she's doing.
