My facial was great. Desiree really took the time to give me a relaxing and thorough experience. My massage felt rushed and it lacked any pressure. It felt like Lena was tired from working all day. I don't think I'll be coming back. The locker room is also very tiny. All in all I tipped both staff persons generously.\r more

BEST AFRICAN AMERICAN STYLING ANYWHERE!! 11/13/2007

My hair is always a problem,but now I know where to go for hair relaxing and perms. The ladies are very nice and the place looks pretty nice too.\r I have waves and the lady did a real nice job for me.\r If you like the way they does the hair then this is a great place to go.\r I can't remeber the lady who did m,y hair but she was real nice and sweet. I have been a long time client of Pierre & Carlo. I called the center city location to schedule some services and they were all booked up. The receptionist suggested I call the Wyncote location. I was there this past Saturday and I had a wonderful experience. The warm comfy robe, beautiful atmosphere, excellent customer service and just about the best facial, massage and pedicure I ever had. I. I was thrilled with everything and it took me less then15 minutes to get there and the parking was free. I always loved going to center city and now I love the wyncote location too. more

best bad cut fix 10/4/2007

Mara took the time to lsiten to my concerns and needs she gave me the best color I had in years. Also due to my inability to commuincate what I was looking for with my cut I was nervous about having my cut fixed. Mara made me feel comfortable and met my needs. Her personality and energy is refreshing and her talent shows through her work. I will be happy to come again and recommend her to my family and friends. Great Pedicure 6/15/2007

I had the best Pedicure at this spa. I was so impressed by how clean and beautiful this spa is. I am always concerned about how sanitary some nail salons are.My mom told me about Pierre and Carlo at Trilogy. Not only was it a fantastic pedicure but virtually everything Patty used was disposable and only used on me. Awesome hairstyling by Kristy 4/13/2007

I love this salon, My sister recommended Kristy so I thought I would give her a try. I have very curly thick hair and I like to wear it straight and full, Evey time I've had it straightened in the past its very flat. Kristy gave me beautiful VICTORIA SECRET HAIR it was full and bouncy and it lasted 5 days. I couldn't believe it. I go to Kristy now every week. Its worth it because my hair looks great all week long and I don't have to fuss with it.\r P.S. I get a great mancure with Patty too and the manicure room is so peaceful and relaxing. My weekly trip here is the best hour I give myself all week! Pros: great location in a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere more

SUPER! 2/10/2007

Super! \r I live in Trilogy Apartments and go to Pierre and Carlo all the time. I stop in at least once a week for a blow-dry and a manicure. Since I usually just walk in I go to whoever is available and they all do a fine job. I love how convenient it is and I always look great! Pros: Very convenient Cons: Wish they were open on Sundays! more
