I have been using this office for a few years now. The first time I visited this office, it was because it was a weekend, but since most family docs in the area never have available appointments when one is actually sick, I have learned to not even bother calling my primary care doctor, and just go there when it is convenient for me. Both Dr. Pickens and Dr. Fontaine have been good to me and my kids. Dr. Pickens told me I needed my tonsils out, after my primary physician had seen me several times for the same issues, and she was right. Dr. Fontaine rid me of a severe bout with sinus/middle ear/strep throat infections after 2 other docs tried and failed. Dr. Fontaine ALWAYS asks about my children, and has even given me tips on their health while seeing me for an appointment. Even today, I called for help with an issue I am having, and the staff was beyond pleasant! There is not one occasion in which I or my children were not given the service/care/medicines needed.
