The entire staff was very friendly and interested in us. We had a nice conversation and they were very helpful. We just came from a local BMW dealership that was not very customer friendly, but the folks at Piazza went out of their way to greet us and make us feel welcomed. more

We will be happy to refer business to Piazza Acura of Reading. They earned our business, I was a big Infiniti fan, now I may be more of an Acura fan. My wife and I are very happy with the purchase of our MDX. The product, sales person and the dealer exceeded our expectations. We felt good with our purchase and the MDX is an exceptional car. We look forward to our next transaction with Piazza Acura of Reading! more

A big thank you to Bob Ruhe, Gary and Steve Moffa for my purchase was just a truly pleasurable experience! They are the best! This is second car I purchased from Bob Ruhe and he is truly a pleasure to work with. He made the experience a pleasant one, not only during the sales process, but after the fact. this is the 4th Acura we've purchased from Piazza. We have always had all servicing done by them and will continue to do so. Buying 4 cars from the same dealership says a lot. This is our 3rd car we've purchased from Mark Steltz. He's knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Everything went very smoothly. All paperwork was prepared in advanced. A list of options and accessories were reviewed with us, which we appreciated greatly. more

They took me in really fast and were really friendly. They had a nice lobby with internet access and tv, which was nice. They had me in and out, quickly and everything was great. more
