Dr. Norvin Ona - Physicians Pointe 3/9/2012

My husband and I have used Dr. Ona as our family GP for many years now. He and his staff are GREAT! Yes, because a certain % of their patients are ""walk in"", you can have an unusually long wait, but they do take appts as well. Dr. Ona is knowledgeable, friendly and an all around good doctor. His PA, Julia Daniel, also does an excellent job as well. We have never had any complaints, and it's nice to be able to see someone on a Saturday, if that's when illness happens to strike. more

Rude and poor service 2/17/2010

Wonder why they have a walk in clinic? No one wants to go a second time. The staff was very rude and the diagnosis I was given was completely wrong. They tested me over and over, so I thought they would know what was wrong with me. They sounded so convinced that they were right because of all the test they performed. It was a very common illness that they even tested for, but couldn't figure out what was wrong. They only want to get money and not care for the patient.
