(PHP Pellets), an Idaho corporation, and Gayle D. Swain, individually and as CEO of PHP Pellets, in Washington County, Idaho, Case No. CV2008-01647, which was then recorded as Instrument No. 211027 with the Washington County Recorder, State of Idaho, on December 8, 2008. This Judgment is the result of nonpayment for goods and services. Barbara Rowen was Gayle's assistant for 3 years and helped support her and her business when no one else would or could. Unfortunately, Barbara has become one of many ""stepping stones"" for Gayle and PHP Pellets. That is what Gayle Swain would call individuals that had ""helped"" her along the way. In addition, stock shares in the company were promised, but to this day no shares have ever been issued. This is the way Gayle works. Beware of any dealings with Gayle or her business.
