The ""website"" for this business claims the staff is ""friendly"" and ""professional"". This is not true. My customer service experience at this store was bizarre and almost laughably bad. I stopped in to inquire about the status of my photos and was met with immediate hostility because I didn't have my customer tag number. The clerk was visibly agitated about this oversight and immediately put me on the defensive. He stormed around the cluttered counter before sputterering something like ""what's your name, they could be in 20 different places"". Meanwhile, the clerk that originally took my order stepped away and stared at this poisonous scenario from a distance with a blank, disinterested expression on his face. The store looks more like a messy storeroom than an actual place of business. Merchandise is sloppily and carelessly strewn about the place giving it a crowded, uninviting feel. Prices are generally high. My return visit was similarly infuriating. The 2nd clerk was also hostile. I approached the counter and said ""Good Morning"". He didn't utter a word - just a blank, expressionless, vaguely contemptuous look.I handed him my tag and he began looking for my photos. To be fair, an older gentlemen approached me with courtesy to see I I'd been helped. Meanwhile, another employee just stood around and looked at me vacantly and without affectation. I paid for the photos and said ""thank you"". Again, nothing. Just a blank, sullen glare. I shrugged my shoulders and left. And you know what? I wouldn't return to this place if they were offering development services for free. And that's this store's loss because I manage a TV station that uses photo's extensively and would have gladly given them more business. The guys working at this place are some of the rudest individuals I've ever encountered in a business setting. Period. Management should consider hiring personable employees to replace the goon squad currently in place here.
Pros: photo quality
Cons: hostile, rude staff
