Do not use this company. I used them for a long distance move, they came to my home to give me a quote. I did not add any inventory to my move and they charged me double the quote. They also charged for packing materials that they quoted as included. I had to store my belongings which they double that quote as well. Worst of all was the many items of furniture that were damaged beyond repair and the 50"" plasma TV that was completely stolen!!!!! Please don't make the same mistake my family made. DO NOT USE Phoenix Moving and Storage PERIOD. When I was first sold my move via Gina Taylor, I was quoted a price which was then doubled a day after the moving day. Thinking that the price they quoted me was great, I left close to the entire amount for the move on the moving day. What is to follow was even more crazy than what you could imagine. The quoted arrival date of my move was not met and I missed a day of work to wait. I called to see when my stuff would get here and then the response was ""Oh they should have already been there."" They weren't arriving due to a flat tire. It took me 2 days to find that out. Another arrival date was set 5 days out and I took time off of work again. They didn't show up. The move was then rescheduled again for the day after which I also took off work. No show again. I called the company to see what was going on and they apologized and offered $50 off after negotiating for nearly 2 hours. That's just crazy. At this point I have missed over $1600 in work pay for these idiots. They also gave me the driver's number which didn't help. The date keeps getting further and further with no sign of my stuff coming. I have rescheduled over 20 times already and already paid fees for my cashier's checks and they still don't arrive. I've come to the conclusion that I will never see my stuff again and I'll be calling my lawyer and the police in a day for grand theft. To this day I still can't get on the phone with a manager or anybody that can take any responsibility for what has happened. Cons: high price, no customer service, rude, crooks more

Even tho Pheonix Was a bit pricey i wouldt have gone with anyone else. They deliverd everything on time and everything was in the condition it was left. The movers were kind and friendly. No bad vibes. They handled everything with care as if it was there own. When it came down to it i paid a little extra but it was all worth it. Pros: Most Professinal more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT!!! They came, packed our stuff very efficiently, and then promptly charged us for nearly 3 times as much stuff as we had on the truck. When we refused to pay, they tried to lower it a little, but still WAY higher than they had quoted us. We refused again, and they left all of our stuff in the street and took off! Do not use Phoenix Moving for a long distance move. I called and had a full list of items, dimensions, sizes etc. when I contacted them the salesperson (Brett) said he didnt really need all of that information, just ""listing it out"" for him would be ok. He rushed through the process, told me there were no hidden costs and quoted me about $1500 for my move, and guaranteed an arrival date. After calling othere companies everything Phoenix told me was the exact opposite and their quote was half the price. I contacted Brett back, asked follow up questions and was again assured that what I was hearing from the other companies was actually false. I chose Phoenix and in the end, my move cost almost $3000...and that was after complaining, they wanted to charge more. and was 2 days later than I was told. Their sales team is dishonest and deceitful. It's one thing to have a ""don't ask don't tell"" sales approach (shady, but hey, the consumer only gets what they ask for) but to blatantly lie on questions is unacceptable.
