Jeanne Phillips had her license to practice as a counselor taken away by the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
Go on the website www.bbhe.state.az.us and type in 'Phillips' to see the findings against her. Her signature is on the Consent Agreement PDF document ackowledging that she agrees with the charges and accepts loss of her license.
