They sat on my car for 9 days after getting an insurance estimate. Even though my car was a possible total loss, they started repairing the outer sheetmetal before tearing the car down fully to establish repairibility. They wanted me to pay extra money for OEM from aftermarket parts, even though the pieces were plastic parts that would either fit or not. If they didn't fit, then they could bill my insurance company for OEM. They replaced three black textured moldings on the vehicle and removed/reinstalled three others. The ones which were removed and installed, they did not spray paint black to match the new moldings, even though it would've taken thirty seconds. They refused to replace my fog lamp bulbs, which I would've paid for the bulbs, as a customer service. I had a damaged headlamp on the RT side from the loss, which they put back in the car broken. Finally, after screwing up every aspect of my repair, I got a personal call from Phil Thearle personally telling me to pick up my vehicle, even though its not completely finished. He won't return my calls to discuss. Just because I don't own a Jaguar, doesn't mean my vehicle is less than. Their attitude is screw the insurance companies, screw the customers, we only care about making money. Don't go there.
