excellent customer service 1/17/2015

Early in the am one morning ,I woke to a car that would not start. I called Pfefferle Inc.and they arranged to have it towed to their shop. Within an hour I RECIEVED a diagnosis. QUICKLY REPAIRED THE PROBLEM and even came to my home to pick me up. I even made the appointment I had before the unexpected problem occurred. more

FIXES PROBLEMS RIGHT THE 1ST TIME 12/23/2014

MY SON SPENT $3600 AT TIRE DISCOUNTERS OVER THE LAST YEAR AND COUNTLESS VISITS WHILE THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED AN ELECTRICAL DRAINAGE PROBLEM. ROGER FOUND THE PROBLEM IN UNDER 2 HOURS AND FIXED 2 OTHER PROBLEMS AS WELL. ALL DIAGNOSTICS AND REPAIRS DONE IN 5 HOURS AND FOR A LITTLE OVER $600. WISH MY SON HAD TAKEN HIS CAR TO STEVE INSTEAD OF TIRE DISCOUNTERS! HE HAS LEARNED HIS LESSON!! more

In took my Prius in because I thought it needed major repair. Pfefferle not only diagnosed and repaired the damage, but, they did at an UNBELIEVABLY low price and quickly. Expertise you can trust. more
