I was able to recieve quick service with attention to some things that needed maintenance now and in the near future. Customer service seemed to be important to all. Bathroom was also clean showing the caring nature for the waiting customer. more

Brake Lines 4/8/2014

I have not ever had vehicle with this kind of repair, so not knowing what to expect I may be out of line. My first look I felt like the job could have been neater. However they function properly. A week later they did honor reach coupon. Then I do realize originally brake lines where assembled before body mounted to frame, had gm used better quality materials we wouldn't have this problem. more

I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation $34.99. So I thought that's what I was paying. No one explained my filter was extra and the oil that I was using cost more. I used that type oil the last time I was in. $34.99 turned into $53. Not thrilled about this. They apologized but communication to ALL customer's is essential. Staff was very friendly. I will come back again. more

Tire repair 4/6/2014

The crew did a fine job of patching the one tire with a nail in it and found & repaired the leak in the beed of the other rear tire. Thank You more

The staff! 4/3/2014

The staff was friendly, knowledgable, skilled, and Honest! I live in northern KY and was in the neighborhood when I stopped in for an oil change. I requested tire rotation as well and a staff member came back inside and told me my tires were shot and it would be like stealing from me to rotate them since I really just needed new ones. He was very helpful and provided me with reasonably priced estimates. I would have purchased the new tires had I not been in a time crunch. I was so impressed with the staff that I will be driving to Fairfield now for oil changes! And my other automotive needs. more

good job but service quotes seem high 3/25/2014

I got quotes for needed service. Although labor rates seem high, they are in line with industry norms. Parts seem to be marked way up however. spark plugs for example, which cost about $33 were quoted at $80 more
