...They belie a rude and apathetic staff which does not seem to care about animals--or their people--at all. Do not be fooled by the shiny building and clean, spacious lobby. The receptionists are awful; they are snooty, rude, eye-rolling vet-tech wannabees who think they know everything. Worst of all, they do not actually care about you or your pet, no matter how they may pretend to.\r

To wit: I was a loyal customer for well over 10 years. In that time, I had four dogs and two cats I took to Petsburgh for care. I purchased the full battery of vaccinations and pre-surgery blood-work every time I took my animals in; I even got a dental for my oldest dog. In fact, I even took my friends' animals there for their shots and checkups, giving the place my seal of approval. I will not make that mistake again.\r
