I can't believe what happened today with Laura Rhodes and Pet Style Mobile Grooming in Raleigh. I just got home and my mother is crying and then I see my dog. Laura groomed Josie today and we asked for her to be cleaned up a bit, a light trim. My mother told her a general length, but also said she didn't have an exact idea and only wanted a clean up, and to make sure it wasn't too short. My dog came back SHAVED LIKE A SHEEP! In December! Even without knowing an exact length to do, what person shaves a dog down to a chamois in December? My dog's fur grows slow and it is going to take probably two years before she grows out. She had a beautiful red top coat and under is blond and her beautiful coat everybody commented on is history. I am still seething right now. As soon as my head stops smoking, I am going to see if I can pursue anything legally against her.
