Pet Station

My mom and I went in there on 2/10/2011 and it smelled TERRIBLE! Do they have proper ventilation for the poor animals? I have been in shelters with MANY more animals and MUCH LESS SMELL! There was a Beagle pup with bowed legs and a worker ADMITTED that the puppies come from the AMISH! Anyone educated about puppy mills knows that the Amish are HUGE into puppy mill breeding! This store should be put out of business OR sell pet supplies only! more

We bought Tyson from here about 1 year ago and he has been wonderful. We have had no issues with Tyson.. We went back and bought another dog on 12-11-10 more

I bought a puppy two days ago. She was on the small side. The owner told me that it was normal. When we got her home she ate very little she had a cough and mostly laid around. I took her to a local vet. She found the puppy had a upper respitory problem, was dehydrated and she also had some type of sore on her head that at some point made her fur pink from blood. The vet did tell me that I was not the first person be bring a sick dog in. I took the dog back and demanded my money back. Randy tried to make it out as if the puppy was sick because she was stressed. But when I took her home, she took to the family. She loved to lay in our laps or even just lay her head on a foot. She followed us everywhere around the house. She did eat and drink very little. I had animal loving a neighbor with dogs/puppies look at her. She encouraged me to take the puppy to the vet. Randy did refund my money after he offered to replace my puppy with a Yorke that was male and female. This dog was returned by someone else. Randy does not use a vet to administer shots to his puppies. He does it himself. Which is very dangerous for the puppies. Don't buy from this or any pet store for that matter. STAY AWAY!! more

All of the puppies I saw were all sick and which ones weren't were in cages with sick ones. Everyone I've talked to who purchased an animal from this store was dissatisfied. more

If you are a collector of saltwater fish then I would not buy from this store. They just remodeled the saltwater tanks and they look very nice and clean but the fish look very poor. When I was in there they had one fish that was dead just sitting in the tank with other fish and then in another tank they had one fish that had been attacked and was being eaten by other fish and it died about five minutes after being attacked. I dont feel in my view that they know very much about saltwater fish . more
