Consistently outstanding service 4/28/2011

I've used Pet and Plant Care for the past 5 years and have had nothing but great service. One time when one of my cats was ill they took them to the emergency vet for what turned out to be their (the cat's) terminal visit and they were just wonderful with them and with me. They consistently deliver excellent service. I have never been disappointed and can recommend their service most highly. more

Great service! 9/28/2009

I have was having bad luck finding a good dog sitting company. My dog Aries was not consistent or on schedule with his bathroom habits with the last two companies I have used. I think they were not coming at the right time. I gave it another shot before I would leave him in the care of my sister. I started with Pet and Plant Care Chicago as vacation care and then slowly started noticing that Aries was barking to go to the bathroom around the times I have requested them to take him on his walks. 2 yrs later, Aries is totally happier and has not made any accidents in the house since then and I don't need to bother my sister!!! I didnt mind that they also water my plants, throw out the garbage and getting my mail.. so that was great!! Glad I found you guys, Aries & JS Pros: Does the job right! more

Thanks to Pet and Plant Care, we had a stress free vacation. The cat sitter called us everyday with updates about how our cats were doing. We came home to a very neat home and happy kids:) more

Best puppy care! 10/15/2008

My neighbor referred Pet and Plant Care when we got our puppy for mid day walks. We have been having two walks a day which really helps me feel comfortable while I'm at work. I know she is getting the care she needs until I get home. I would also refer this service to anyone who is thinking about getting a service for their puppy. Pros: Thumbs up! more

This was the 3rd service we tried. The other services didn't know how to follow directions. We were pleased that Pet and Plant Care Service could do what we asked while we were out of town. We were very satisfied when we returned from our 3 week trip. more

We had an emergency and needed to leave out of town asap. Pet and Plant Care was able to start service for our cats the same day. Having the stress of picking up and leaving, we didn't have to stress about our cats being taken care of. We know Misty and Trevor are in such good hands when we leave. We recommend them in a heartbeat! more

Contracted Pet and Plant for a week. Service was good. Mail was not taken in, they stated my mail key didn't work. Plants were a little dry. Overall pets seemed to be happy and healthy when I got home. They did a better job then the last service. Pros: Did a good job with the pets. Cons: Plants a little dry. more
