My family had to make the hard decision to have our 9 1/2 year old dachshund, Isabella, to sleep on 4/20/12 due to medical problems. She was a wonderful dog and a part of our family. We were rushed into finding a place to cremate her and just 2 hours before the appointment to have her put to sleep we were told about Pet Heaven. My husband called and they met us at our vet's office in Rock Hill SC (at no extra charge) and picked up our sweet Izzy. The gentleman that picked her up ( I didn't catch his name) was wonderful as was Mark when I called the next morning to pay for her cremation. They also allowed my brother-in-law to pick up her remains as soon as I had paid. In the future I will choose them again to handle the cremation for my pets! it was nice to know that Izzy was treated well, as Mark told me that her remains went into his house after the cremation was complete. It was a great experience during a difficult time in our family.
