This company provided me with fast and effective bugs treatment. He listened to my concerns and inspected the house thoroughly. He sprayed the affected area in the house and the backyard too with just a minimal fee. He was so friendly and nice to work with. I highly recommend this company. The technicians are honest and friendly, plus good customer service. more

terrible rat problem was solved immediately 8/11/2012

We had a terrible rodent problem in the house that I want to get rid immediately. I have called 3 pest control companies and only Pest Pro responded to my problem immediately. The sent out someone to inspect the house, put some baits on possible entry points of rats. He explained to me every step of the treatment, then went back the next day to get the trapped rats. It's been a week and I don't see any rats in the house now. more

effective and affordable 8/6/2012

I love this company. We just moved to this apartment a week ago but there are crawly insects inside the house. I called Pest Pro and was surprised they didn't use strong chemicals but it was effective. The technician said that it was all natural and safe solution to get rid of pests. All insects are gone and my pets and my baby were not harmed by the solution used by Pest Pro. more

I like Pest Pro's service. They were prompt and friendly. I called to check if the new house we bought is pest-free so I took advantage of their free inspection, the technician was so nice and knowledgeable, he took time checking all areas in our house and luckily, he didn't find any sign of pest infestation and didn't try to push any sales, instead he gave me some tips on how to prevent pests infestation. more

they're doing a great job 7/22/2012

I called Pest Pro because of free estimate for bed bugs. I suspect that there were bed bugs. They responded immediately, went to our house in just few hours after I called. The technicians are nice and friendly, they inspected the house and gave me a fair price of the service. So far, they're doing a great job and I hope that bed bugs won't go back. I called Pest Pro because of rats problem. They offered fast and professional service and they are fairly priced. They were able to get rid of the rats in just few visits. They checked the whole place and covered all possible entry holes. Highly recommended more

technicians are very professional 6/23/2012

I just recently bought a new house and in the report and stated there that the house has termites. I called Pest Pro to check the house. He came right after I called and he looked all areas in the house and I felt so relief when he said he didn't find any signs of termites. He was very professional. I was so happy I didn not spend any amount for the check up. Thanks to Pest Pro. I'll definitely consider his company if I ever need help with pest control in the future. more

Non-toxic Pest Control 5/30/2012

I called Pest Pro because they are offering free estimate and check up. The inspector is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They used non-toxic pest control which is great because I have pets in the house. I've been having ants for almost 1 year and only Pest Pro completely get rid of the ants. Total customer service 5/21/2012

We just had a great experience with Tim and his team dealing with pests in our house. We have rodents in our yard and roaches in our kitchen. They didn't concentrate on those area, they inspected all areas in our house. They treated the affected areas with non-toxic pests spray which is awesome since we have pets in our house and they put baits and traps outside our house. They returned the next day to get the trapped rats; repaired and sealed the holes created by rats and cleaned the house. It's been a couple of weeks now and we haven't seen any roaches and rats so far. I will definitely recommend this company to all of my friends. more

Professional and honest 5/10/2012

I know my apartment got bed bugs because of some bites in my back and arms. Pest Pro responded to my issue immediately and the technician was able to get the job done quickly. He came back the following day to do some follow up check up and found out that there are still bugs so he advised our neighbors to have him check their apartment as well. He sprayed the bug treatment to my apartment again and to my neighbors. He told me to call him if I got bug bites again. He was very professional and honest person. He did a good job and I highly recommend him. more

We have bugs in our house that we could not handle ourselves. So I searched for pest control online, called a number of pest control companies but I chose Pest Pro because their customer service made me feel comfortable, staff was nice and very friendly, she knows exactly what my issue was and sent someone to check the house immediately. Tim did a good job in getting rid of the bugs. It's been a week now and I don't see any bugs in our house. Thanks Pest Pro. more
