I decided to use this company because they came highly recommend from a neighbor of mine who does a lot of property management. Overall they did a good job. The tech was 7-8 minutes late, but considering traffic and the time of day it was not a big deal at all. Prices were competitive and I have no more spiders at all. Overall, nothing to complain about. I'd recommend them myself again.
