Away from the myriad sushi eateries downtown and on South Beach is Ruson, a fair bit out Kendall Rd. Despite its out-of-the-way location, Ruson certainly rivals all of its sushi brethren closer to the city. A bit on the pricey side ($20 will start to get you a good meal of sushi), but some of the finest sushi available in miami. Very fresh fish, and superb cooked meals as well.
For a special night out, Ruson is absolutely worth the price. A pleasant atmosphere as well, in contrast to many other Kendall-area restaurants.
