My refrigerator died on a hot evening. We went early next morning to Perla's. I was shown several very nice models and chose a stainless French door model with bottom freezer, on Sale! The delivery truck arrived before we even got home, but came back and installed it that afternoon. Now, that's good service! Thanks more

My old over the stove microwave was extremely difficult. Your personnel spent a long time getting it out and putting the new microwave in.. They were courteous and cleaned up afterward. I was pleased I bought my microwave and had it installed by Perla. more

my dream kitchen 7/5/2011

The Perla's are a family that are dedicated to try and please even if it they ar busy. We were warmly greeted and treated like close friends. Its was nice to have someone feel as excited as i was to have a new kitchen. Made the effort to get me my dream kitchen more

I hasve had my 10000 for over 10years and used it a lot and the only thing I have had to have done to it is cleaning until last 3 months wehn the motor dies and then the led screen went out on it., and the bobbin case broke. I did up grade to the 10001 but I still love this machine. Would recommend it to anyone. more

I am somewhat new to the area, so based upon a referral from a neighbor who had been pleased with the purchase of her new kitchen appliances from Perla's, I called them in a panic when my washer broke. An exceptionally nice young man came the same afternoon, pulled the washer out and apart in no time, and had my machine working perfectly again in about 30 minutes. Very good service!! more

I shopped around for a washer and dryer (on-line and in the local retail shops) before I visited Perla's. A friend made an appliance purchase recently and recommeded them. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the owner - Rocky - and appreciative of the time he spent reviewing several brands. The price I paid was lower than Lowes and Sears, with the 12 months same as cash option - I was in seventh heaven.My washer and dryer were installed by two very knowledgeable service technicians who made certain that they were functioning before they took off. I have had an after-the-sale experience since and was very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this company and will make all my appliance purchases there. more
