I just wanted to take the time and thank this company. I found you on this web site so its only fair i express my gratitude. First and foremost,,,,,. Lynette... Thank you for your advise and help in finding my home! I also want to give thanks to Christopher and Tim for the financing portion of the transaction. I was treated like family every step of the way.This will be my 6th property and i wish i would of found you guys earlier :) The financing is at a price i can afford...... Great Job! more

Pick Performance Realty if you want the best. 7/27/2007

Lynette Martin, the Broker/Owner of Performance Realty, is by far best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Never in my house buying experience, have I had an agent talk me out of what would have been a higher commission for them, because they felt it wasn't the best deal for me. She had a real understanding of what I was looking for, even when I wasn't so sure myself. When the deal was in jeapordy because of a greedy seller, she went to bat for me and made it happen. Excellent one stop service when buying realestate. 7/27/2007

The people at Performance Realty were very helpful and professional. They sold my home and found me another home and got me the mortgage I wanted at the rate I could afford all within 45 days. As I understand it, in this market that is pretty remarkable. Pros: Professional, kept in touch, made it very clear at each phase of the process more
