Best Experience in Car Buying 6/18/2013

Just bought new BMW 535 at Performance BMW in Chapel Hill NC and had the best experience I've ever had in buying cars. From working with Winn as my sales consultant to doing the financing and paperwork with Bob, I've not dealt with such professionals, yet personable, individuals in the car buying process. Since the purchase a little over two weeks ago, they have continued to demonstrate extremely customer centered professionalism as we've completed the necessary paperwork and getting the floor mats that had to be ordered. Overall excellent experience and would recommend them to everyone! Dr. E more

Great Service 12/14/2011

It took me almost 5 months to make up my mind on a CPO BMW and the sales staff was always very patient, understanding and willing to answer all of my questions. I considered another BMW dealer but stuck with Performance because of their great service that I received. I also have 2 other friends that have purchased BMW's from Perfomance and are very impressed with their service. more

Excellent Service! 9/15/2011

I'm new to the Chapel Hill area and Performance BMW. I absolutely loved my BMW dealership and service department in Florida so Performance BMW had big shoes to fill. And they did! The customer serivice was top notch from appointment set up all the way through to the pick up of my car. JP in the service department was fantastic and kept me informed every step of the way as they performed the trouble shooting of my car. My car was fixed in a timely manner, it's just like new and I am a happy camper! Also, kudos to the auto detailing guys as they also did a great job cleaning my car inside and out. I'm definitely a satisfied customer and look forward to buying my next BMW here. more
