Fantastic Experience! 4/25/2012

Fantastic experience! This is the only place I will ever go for threading from now on! After having my eyebrows painfully massacred at one of the big chain threading salons, I was looking for someone who would give more personal attention to my brows. Nirmala took her time to create a shape that fit my face. She was so gentle and precise, and I couldn't be happier with my perfect brows. It was such a relaxing experience I decided to get a mani while I was there, which Nirmala graciously fit me in for! Next I want to try one of her back facials... What a GREAT local business. I'll definitely be a regular. Would reccomend to anyone. more

Best Service 4/25/2012

I had very bad back pain and they got me in immediately. Ms Nirmala was very comforting when coming in and assisted me to the room. I got a back facial which at first was hesitate since I really wanted to relive my pain. Well I was so wrong with my mind set, not only did she relive my back pain with her amazing hand! But also my back was very smooth after. I would highly recommend Perfect Impact they not only care about giving great service but also care about how you are doing. Def will return here more

Amazing Experience 3/17/2012

I have been getting my eyebrows waxed forever and they would just come OK so a friend of mine said to come with her to Perfect Impact and I was a little hesitant at first because I have never gotten threading done before but Normala made my 1st experience with eyebrow threading an Amazing one!! To my great surprise, this salon exceeded my expectations! She took her time sculpting/shaping my eyebrows stopping periodically to show me her progression and checking to see if I was comfortable. Normala you are the best. Highly recommend more

Miracle on Memorial day.... 5/31/2011

Well I was quite surprised to find the shop open on Monday (and on Memorial Day) but since this was one of the few weeks days I am not working I thought I would give it a try. Well the shop was late and so was I but the owner told me she would get to me even if she needed to stay late (after 8pm). She told me to come back in an hour and when I arrived Nirmala was ready for me (about 7:35pm) and she took almost the next 45 min to get my brows and facial 100% hair free. I always get compliments on my brows after a trip to Perfect Impact but for me I love to look in the mirror and see a hair free chin, lip and face. This salon and the provided service exceeds every other location in the TRIANGLE (and I have tried quite a few)...when Nirmale says Perfect she means it. more

Amazing Threading Experience 1/27/2011

I moved here recently from New York and I am very particular about who I go to for my eyebrows and lip threading. I have been there a couple of times now and Nirmala is amazing. She is very precise which is good because my eyebrows come out perfect every time! She gave them a new shape and everything! I am VERY happy and have told many of my co-workers about her, and of course they love her as well. She spends so much time with each client and pays attention to detail - all for such a great price! Not only is she so amazing, but the salon is a very warm, welcoming environment. I go on my lunch breaks just to get relaxed! I would recommend her to ANYONE who asked :) more

Best eyebrow threading ever!! 9/24/2010

This was my 1st experience with eyebrow threading so I decided to try out perfect impact because of the great reviews & it was so close to wear I live. Normala made my 1st experience with eyebrow threading an Amazing one!! She is very good & she has a wonderful personality that made me feel very welcoming & comfortable. No more eyebrow waxing for me! Her prices are great too!! more

The Best Experience Ever 3/20/2010

This was my second time with the threading technique. The first experience was not as pleasant as my experience with Nirmala. To my surprise I left the salon with NO PAIN. I had been desperately searching for a pleasant and skillful eyebrow threading salon since having a bad experience at Shamin's. To my great surprise, this salon exceeded my expectations! Nirmala is absolutely the BEST! She asked what type of eyebrow shape I was looking to achieve and then carefully explained how she was going to accomplish my desired look. She took her time sculpting/shaping my eyebrows stopping periodically to show me her progression and checking to see if I was comfortable. I have had my eyebrows threaded for 8 years and have never experienced such a gentle touch as Nirmala! If you are looking for an outstanding, warm and friendly skillful touch you will be very pleased with Nirmala. I am a customer for life! Pros: Best Eyebrow Threading in Town! more

Amazing Service 2/4/2010

I had previously been having my eyebrows threaded at a salon in Cary, until recently when they completely messed my brows up. I went to Nirmala at Perfect Impact because I had found great review for her online. The experience was better than I could have hoped for. Nirmala spent time discussing with me what I wanted, how I liked my eyebrows, and she was over all very helpful and considerate. She was very much concerned with what I wanted, and what she could do to make me happy, which is something I never got from the other salon I had been going to. She did a great job fixing them and I will definitely go to her for threading from now on, and I would recommend her to anyone. Pros: Great Customer Service, Considerate/talented employees more
