I've had Perdue Garage Door Company here a couple of times. They are always very prompt, do the job the way it needs to be done and I have no complaints. Mr. Perdue quicky returned my call and scheduled a service date for next day. Only reason why the service date was set for next day was because i wasn't home that day, but mr. Perdue wanted to come to repair the springs on the same day. Mr. Perdue adjusted his schedule to mine so someone could be home when comes in for the service work. Perdue Garage Door Company did a good job repairing my garage door. When I called, I actually got a person, and I hate talking to machines. I left a message at another place, and the guy never even called me back. The serviceman did everything right, and I was satisfied with the experience. My garage door was broken, and I didn't know what was wrong. The man from Perdue replaced the springs, and now everything is fine. I was a good value, too. more

Perdue Garage Door Company were very responsive to my call. I found them on the internet, and the others I tried didn't get back to me for days. This was a Friday night, and I wanted to get the repairs done immediately, because I knew it would be hard to get someone over the weekend. The springs had popped off, and there was some damage to the rails, so I was essentially stuck. The Perdue serviceman was at my home within a few hours of my request for service. And not only was he here in a timely manner, but he completed the work quickly, as well. He ended up replacing both springs, and repairing the rails. I really appreciated that he was willing to come out at such an inconvenient time. I will be replacing the door completely in a few years, and Perdue will be the first ones I call. more

I was very disappointed when Mr. Perdue was finished. The garage door was still not working and we were billed an outrageous amount of money. He was at our house for an hour and a half and we were charged $275. You do the math! And It is still broken. He was unwilling to come and finish the work for the price he was charging.
