I went to Pep Boys because I needed my catalytic converter checked/changed. I was charged over $50 to ""diagnose"" the catalytic converter, which I already knew before I went there, then they wanted to charge me over $1100 to change the converter and claimed I needed my whole exhaust system changed. I chose to just take my car elsewhere. \r more
