I am thoroughly disappointed. We are in a business loan with a partner. This bank does not send you the coupon books you need to correctly mail in your payment. They provide no way whatsoever to pay by phone. I have a coupon book from over a year ago and that's the last one we got. Due date on the stubs plainly say 29th of each month. Now Lisa is telling me the 23rd. Couldn't tell me when it changed. Said it had always been the 23rd. I told her that I would send a picture with the payment to show her. Her answer is rudely ""whatever, you just need to mail the payment in."" \r

I think it's time to take our account somewhere else. This bank is just a ripoff. Their payment methods are far from modern. They need to update their system to allow pay by phone and online account management. Are we still in the 60s or what?
