Jane and her colleagues are courteous, reliable, friendly and fair. They've been serving my extended family and friends in Fullerton, Whitehall, Allentown and beyond now for 10+ years. And always with a smile. Jane does her job with thoroughness and expertise. A good test of someone's character and abilities is when a mistake is made, which happened on my last visit: though it was not of her doing, Jane promptly apologized and took care of the matter as if her word and reputation were on the line. worth the wait for great service... 6/11/2008

I have been using PA Eyewear Factory for 14 years. They are always crowded because their prices are great. Their customer care is very good. The owners run the shop. This is not a chain store, these guys sink or swim on their own merits. If you want great service, sometimes you have to wait in line. Pros: great service... Cons: long lines and wait times more

Stay away. 6/19/2007

This place is awful. I made an appointment for an eye test at 7:30 pm. They close at 8. I got there at 7:20, they said it would be a few minutes. At 7:55, after 4 people went in ahead of me, I told them I was leaving. They didn't care. And those $39.95 glasses they advertise? Don't exist. I've been wearing glasses for 30 years.
