I have used Peninsula several times and am always very pleased with the work and their professional, friendly manner, and reasonable charges. I was especially happy the first time I used them when I thought I had ruined a rug I loved by trying to clean it myself. It had been over saturated and pulled out of shape. They worked on it diligently and by the time they finished, it looked like new. These guys are THE BEST!!! more

We almost got rid of our carpet due to pet and chemical odors. We tried several other carpet cleaning companies over the past three years and decided to try one more before ripping out the rug. Peninsula cleaned our carpets a few months ago. We were satisfied then and are satisfied now. Our carpet has remained cleaner longer than with any other company. Also, they're the only ones who've been able to get rid of our dog urine smell and old chemical cleaner smells. They also left us a bottle of odor-free cleaner for new spots, which has worked perfectly. We'll certainly use Peninsula again. more

When Jason came to my door to look at my carpet I was ashamed to show him the condition. I am a old guy living alone. My carpet had been cleaned by Hired Cleaning people with rented equipment. The results were horrible. The carpet looked so bad that I considered just getting the entire house redone. When Jason looked at it he said, "This is really good carpet, we can get this looking good with our system." I thought, Wow! can this be really possible. I mean this carpet was bad, real bad. I like his confidence and his story, I agreed to the estimate. I was at home for a while during the start of cleaning. Jason demonstrated his system and technique on a, particularly dirty section of a major hallway. It was miraculous. When I came home after they left every thing was set on small plastic pads and sheets to protect it. The carpet was damp, I did walk on a portion with my bare feet and left footprints. I ran my Aircon to accelerate the drying, per Janson's suggestion. The next day the miracle was evident, it was like someone had come to my home and laid new carpet. Friends in San Diego County... I had the BEST experience with using these folks to clean my carpets! Honest, respectful, knowledgeable, he used corner protectors, there was no 'up sell'. I first was impressed when I initially called to inquire and I got his voicemail announcement, it straight out said that if he didn't answer, it was because he was either working or engaged with a customer and wanted to show respect... I think I was sold then because of his ethics, but was absolutely, totally impressed with the thorough job he did on my 14 year old carpets that were long overdue for a professional cleaning. He wouldn't even let me help him move furniture, said it was his job and to please allow him to do it.. imagine that!? When you need to have your carpets cleaned, please consider this one... and anybody that knows me knows how picky I am.... I've been going to different carpet cleaners through the years, and I'm sticking with this one... finally found the right company...oh before I forget.... did I tell you that he sent me a thank you card in the mail?!!!! Very polite and courteous. They cleaned the carpet thoroughly. I liked the fact that they gave me booties and a large bottle of cleaning fluid that they will re-fill any time (just call and leave the bottle out on the porch). Rates were reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. more

I have been using Peninsula Carpet Care for probably 9 years. I just call them every year for the normal cleaning. Husband says it's too expensive-but, I tell him you don't realize what a bad carpet cleaning will cost you! It is well worth every penny and overall, I think they are very reasonably priced. Today, Saturday morning, I dropped a whole jar of liquid makeup on my white carpeting. I panicked. Then, I thought "Call Peninsula!" I left a message telling Jason what I just did and he promptly phoned me back and explained exactly how to remove the stain (using the amazing spot remover that he left with me on the last cleaning.) Wow! I should have taken before and after photos. Both spots (they were a couple of inches in diameter and dark brownish orange because the jar bounced) are 100% gone!!! Thank you Jason.
