Your facility is what I need and appreciate. You are right on top of things and that for sure keeps me coming back. (Really, it's Dr. Jess that I keep coming back for and his expert sense of hiring great people to help in his office) We are very satisfied with your services. Although with 3 dogs, the cost is getting more than we were used to . But it is fair I'm sure to anywhere else. To me, there is nowhere else for my small animals.\r more

I cannot tell you how much I value your clinic from routine care to emergencies you provide quality and compassion. My puppy was attacked by an aggressive dog yesterday and you got me right in and he got an excellent physical while I got piece of mind. Everyone was very kind. thanks so much, I have had other pets cared for by you throughout their life. I will never go anywhere else!\r more

We arrived for our appointment and was seen to right away. Everyone involved was very kind to my dog and me. Everything was explained in a way I understood what was happening with my pet. All my questions were answered and treatment was made. My dog allowed the vet and assistants to do what they needed without being in a noticeable discomfort. It was a very pleasant experience for both of us.\r more

Our trip to see Dr. Penn was ner racking...for me anyway. Shiloh had a large hematoma and Dr. Cory Penn discussed options and treatments. I appreciate his concern and have already talked to him today as he called to check up on my old girl! She's doing ok, not great but I'm not rushing her into surgery. I think we just may resolve this ear mess! Love the new ear meds with the fancy delivery system! Thanks bunches for the great care you give all my animals!\r more
