when i was about two months away from having my daughter i began setting up interviews with the reccommended pediatricans from my obgyn group. my daughter was born early and i was forced to pick a pediatrician and fast. i went with orange pediatrics because i myself was a patient growing up and HAD a lot of confidence in the group. unfortunatley when i brought my daughter there i came to find that the staff as a whole went completley downhill. for starters, the suite they are in currently is dilapidated, dirty, and just rundown. they are moving on the 22nd of dec, 2008 but the new apperance of the office wont help the staff's attitude any, im sure of that! anyways the receptionists are as rude as can be. if you call they will have you on hold for literally 15 minutes before even getting through to someone. i have experienced hang ups as well. the doctor my daughter saw has been in practice for such a long time we felt as if he really wasnt as interested in his profession as he once was which made our experiences with him difficuly because were first time parents of a premature infant so we have PLENTY of questions. long story short, he has my dauhgter chart in one hand, and the other hand on the door ready to leave as im still asking questions!!! bottom line, the staff in unattentive and very, very, RUDE! i am in the process of interviewing other pediatric groups. i would lik e to say i do not like to drive 30 minutes to the doctors with my child to be treated like a piece of garbage. i would not reccommend this group to anyone.
Pros: pretty flexible appoitment times
Cons: overall services with doctors and office staff
