Best

The staff is wonderful.

Worst

I went to get a new pair or sunshades and had to wait about 45 minutes. The lady who waited on me was more interested in who was coming in the door than in what I needed. I have...

ook the time to explain my no line bifocal to me 5/18/2011

Everyone at Pearle Vision in Roswell is extremely nice & helpful. The level of experience & attention to detail really is impressive. This is especially true of their lab manager who took the time to explain my no line bifocal to me in terms I understood & felt comfortable with. more

you get what you pay for 5/2/2011

It had been years since I had had a thourough eye exam, finally went to this location. They were very good, spotted vision issues I was unaware of,and got me in a new pair of glasses to suit my new vision needs. The glasses are a bit more expensive, but as they say you get what you pay for. more

hey have the best eye exam technology 4/29/2011

It's true that this office is busy. But there are reasons. They have the best eye exam technology available. Period. Some of their equipment isn't even available to a nearby Level II trauma hospital. Their price is reasonable, the owner/optician seems to sincerely cares about his patients and he knows what he is doing. The bottom line is that they are the best, bar none, at examining eyes. When it comes to portecting my vision, I don't see any reason to skimp. more

his equipment is first class 4/28/2011

We've been going to Dr. Oifer for 4 years now, his equipment is first class and does a better job at detecting eye issues than any other facility (with any other equipment) in Atlanta - a large part of the reason he stays so busy. If time is an issue, schedule your visit in non-peak times. Their eyeglass department is busy as well, price is competitive - and they will stand behind the sale and do the right thing to make the customer happy. The quality and service set them apart from the competition. more

Advanced Technology is the only thing they have 8/4/2010

A co-worker of mine referred me to Dr. Oifer. He's been seeing him since the age of 9, and told me how Dr. O used his new technologically advanved equipment to catch a symptom in time before his mom went blind. Needless to say, I immediately made an appointment to see him.\r \r My experience has been AWFUL! The ladies at the front desk are rude, patients are jammed packed in the waiting area, bums approached me in the parking lot for money, and after I've been processed by all of Dr. O's aids, he didn't look at my face, or shake my hand. Looked at my chart for 1 minute, told me about his advanced equipment, and told me he'd get my contacts ordered and started to leave the room. I had to say very quickly that I had dry eye problems and wanted them addressed. His response was they have special drops for dry eyes and proceeded to walk out. I never saw him again nor received further attention in regards to my dry eyes, and I've gone through 3 trial pairs of contact lenses (through his more

Very expensive 11/26/2006

I don't know how people on a limited budget could ever afford glasses here. A pair of simple reading glasses cost me over $500! You know there is a big mark-up on the prices because I have overheard customers haggling about the price with the employees and the employees saying, ""I'll see what I can do for you."" more
