My experience has been AWFUL! The ladies at the front desk are rude, patients are jammed packed in the waiting area, bums approached me in the parking lot for money, and after I've been processed by all of Dr. O's aids, he didn't look at my face, or shake my hand. Looked at my chart for 1 minute, told me about his advanced equipment, and told me he'd get my contacts ordered and started to leave the room. I had to say very quickly that I had dry eye problems and wanted them addressed. His response was they have special drops for dry eyes and proceeded to walk out.
