Good: I bought two doll stands from http://pearlekids.com to go with some dolls I made for Christmas gifts and the price was so good that I bought an extra one for myself (even though a third doll hasn't yet been made!) I like to do a lot of price checking online before I purchase and these doll stands were great quality for the best price. At first there was a problem with my order when it got lost in transit, but it was easily and happily fixed with their wonderful customer service.. Bad: My only complaint is that when the doll stands did arrive they had been packed poorly and were jostling around in the box, knocking into each other. Fortunately they were not breakable, but one of the wood bases did get scuffed. It wasn't enough to call about and I ended up keeping that one for myself. If I hadn't have been on a time frame to get the gifts in the mail I'm sure they would have taken care of everything for me, but with the loss of the first shipment I didn't have time to order a replacement. Improvements: The packing could have been better.. Other: All in all though it was a good experience and would buy from them again.. more

Their website states you will receive your order in 2 to 4 weeks, and I waited 6 weeks to find out the pieces I ordered were out of stock according to the useless manager(Nathan) After 6 weeks they wanted me to change the pieces for items they could get since the obvious is they are doing false advertisement for items they can't get from the vendors nor have in stock. Nathan is rude and unprofessional, and his customer service people cover up and do his dirty work, and help him hide out so he don't have to speak to customer's. When all was said and done I never received anything that I was promised, and waited for 6 weeks. more
