Worst car buying experience. They said the would replace a peice of trim on interior- LIE. They said they did the alignment- BIG LIE - the back tires were raw on the inner sides after 50 miles! They said the car hadnt been hit- guess what? Unibody frame damage. Run from them and never accept a car at night or when raining - it gives them even more to lie to you about. These are people that give other hard working car dealerships a bad name. Do you really want to do business with someone with this many bad reviews? - you decide more

Run for the hills from these people!! I live out of state and bought a Lexus that had been in 2 accidents totaling 17K in damages and they knew it and didn't disclose it. They just claimed the Carfax only showed one minor accident. The car was missing 6 lug nuts upon arrival, the steering wheel shakes on the highway, it pulls to the right when you brake, there are hail dings on the roof, the tailpipe is pushed forward at least 2 inches, the lines are out of whack between the bumper covers and quarter panels, the check engine light is on, and a laundry list of other issues. I've been trying for months to get this worked out, but I keep getting the run around. The owner doesn't even have the courtesy to return my call. I offered to pay to have it shipped back to GA, but they want nothing to do with me and referred me to their lawyer. more

Worst customer service. I set up an appointment for a test drive...made it obvious I was coming from over 4 hours away. The MANAGER told the sales associate I was communicating with (Stacey) to get me ""pre-approved"" before allowing me to do a test drive. NEVER again. more

Thanks for the first two reviews it seems these guys are in the business of tire swapping. From such bad reviews I am going to stay away from these second hand dealerships. I have always gone to major dealerships in the past and was going to try someone new but not now. Thanks for the reviews more

I bought a 2009 Infiniti G37 with brand new tires from them recently. A few days after the purchase, my check engine light came on. I brought it back to them to have it fixed. The manager name Angel assured me that he'll have his mechanic take care of the problem. When I came back to pick up my car, I notice that they switch my new tires for older ones. I call back to complain about it and Angel told me to bring it back. When I showed up, Angel called me a bit*h liar and said that it never had new tires. So I showed him the picture I took from my phone when I bought the car. He got really nervous after that and left without saying a word. I tried to speak to someone who was in-charge but they kept giving me the run-around. I have recently file a complaint with the State Attorney to help me resolve the issue. And my check engine light came back on, It's obvious that they didn't fix the problem but had the light reset to fool me into thinking the car was fix. Don't buy from this dealership. Their manager was very crooked, rude and unprofessional for selling lemon car and cussing at me. more

This dealership sold me a lemon car last year (Lexus is250) . i have been having problems since then (Engine broke down, AC backed up and etc.) When I bought the car.It seemed that the car had great tires. They told me that they were gonna change the battery and it took them really long time and i found out i had to get new tires. (They must have swapped the tires in that long time.) Also they offered to buy bumper to bumper warranty for almost 2000.00 and then i agreed to buy so each time i had issue withe the car! The warranty company always refuses to pay when i have any issue with the car. Also when i got the car dashboard was messed up and they didn't tell me anything about it, I couldn't find out because it was my first time buying used car from this people. And also their online price is 1000.00 more than what they advertise on online . so when you negotiate for the price, unfortunately you don`t get for less. My sales man was Mike Suyunov. This organization has a long history of bad business. I don't even need to share my own experience... Just do a searh using ""Peach Motors Roswell GA Atlanta Auto Lease, Atlanta Used Car Center, Atlanta Luxury Motors, Gwinnett Suzuki"" Customer service is great... just so that you will buy one of their cars. Not because they really do care. I'm sure the ""owner"" will reply to this and try to discredit everything. more

I just bought a 2007 Lexus RX350 from Peach Motors. I do nott buy new cars. They lose too much value in the first year, so I buy used. This can save you a lot of money, but you need to be careful. Some suggestions for anyone looking to buy a used car: more

I visited Peach Motors because I found a listing on autotrader for a car that I thought I would like. I called first to be sure that the car I wanted to see was still available. When I arrived, I found a lot full of luxury cars in pristine condition. There were so many to choose from. The salesmen there were friendly and knowledgeable and treated me with respect from the very first handshake. Mike was patient and let me drive and inspect the car at my own pace. He answered my questions but was not pushy. Mike was a pleasure to work with and ultimately, I got an awesome car in almost perfect condition at a very fair price. more
