The staff was very friendly and efficient. They kept me posted on progress of the work and the car was done in the time promised. Everything a customer hopes to get. Great job!

This was by far the best experience I have had with a mechanic and I never met them face to face. They picked up a car to check for me and emailed all the info I needed. That plus a very informative phone call prompted me to not buy the car. Service was first rate and the karma was excellent. more

I have taken my car to Paulson's Complete Auto Repair on many occasions. In each case, the vehicle issue is effectively and efficiently addressed. And I don't have to bring it back for an follow-on issue as it runs like it is supposed to and I expect it to run on completion of the repair. more
