Many thanks to this local service business that did great work in our home this last week. Our Kenmore washing machine was down, but it is now working great. The motor coupler had broke, too many clothes, repaired on a Sunday. So appreciated to this local and family service company. more

West Los Angeles Dryer Experience. 6/6/2013

Our Kenmore dryer was not working, one on and the next day nothing, it appears that the dryer simply over heated. We are very pleased that we contacted this local business. Arrived on-time did the work as promised and we have not had a problem since. Very pleased. more

Simply Honest Appliance Repair Advice in Los Angeles 6/3/2012

I have a 23 year old Whirlpool combo washer-dryer. The washing machine spin cycle stopped working, and the dryer vent tore and needed to be replaced. Before joining Angie's List, I had called a number of repair services, but they seemed unfamiliar with my model and I wasn't comfortable with their responses to my questions, nor with the estimates I was getting just to come out and look at it. David at Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair returned my call promptly, got specific info on the machine, and took the time to answer all my questions. We talked about the machine's problems and he gave me a reasonable estimate based on my description of what was happening with it. And then he told me that, at the machine's age, there were many more things likely to go wrong with it in the not-so-distant future, and suggested I'd be better off replacing it rather than repairing it (if I could afford to do so). I really appreciated his honest assessment and recommendation, and will definitely use this company if anything ever happens to the new machine I plan on buying shortly. more

Los Angeles has an old school washer repair company. 5/16/2012

Our LG front load washing machine, sprung a major leak. for service we called a few places and it was very hard to get an idea of what was going on. Paul's Service was just the company to talk to, they took their time in communicating in a clear and effective way. They machine needed the drain hose replaced. Los Angeles for Appliance Repair especially for your Front Load Washing Machine in our case of Maytag Neptune, Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair simply is the your first and best choice, just a the website says. My wife and I were told that we needed a new main computer board, till we discovered Paul's Service. All our machine needed was a simply relatively inexpensive switch. UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by David @ Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair, Santa Monica, Ca. I have three rental properties in Santa Monica and Venice. Appliances break down constantly. I am always being taken advantage of by repair companies and contractors. Not only did David fix my Maytag Washer, but he did it for FREE and over the phone. He spent his valuable time walking me through the possible solution, and let me try to fix it on my own. His strategically placed whack with a screw driver and hammer did the trick. AMAZING! The next time I need service to my washers/dryers, I will definitely call Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair. I only wish they did more than fix washers and dryers. David has won my customer loyalty. more

Thank you to Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair for the exceptional service in repairing our Kenmore Front Load Washing Machine. In the Pacific Palisades you can not find a nicer company. With guest in town and no ability to do laundry Paul saved the day. There was a sock stuck inside the machine and it was repaired in a expedient and professional manner. Paul's Service is that company, we contacted our plumber who has worked with Paul for quiet a number of years. Paul is simply a professional. The machine he repaired was nearly half his age.
