To the people with bad experiences, maybe you are used to the one color $3.00 Loreal kit from Wal-Mart, this the best school in San Diego, I have gone here for the last six years, They are great, Im a lawyer and its important that I look decent, I love the edgy and up to date style. I am a graduate of PMTS San Diego and it changed my life! After not knowing what to do with my life (I got a degree in business) I came across PMTS. The atmosphere is Absolutly inviting and Loving. Not only did I learn how to become an amazing stylist but I learned how to love myself and the world around me. We had fun-raisers for charities like Food For Africa, Leezas place, Cancer Schmancer, and we raised over $1000 for the Haiti Victims in less than 2 days! The passion that the staff has for the Future Professionals is priceless. I was able to establish a clientel of over 30 guests in which I plan to take with me to my new salon. If you are looking for a career in Cosmetology, then I highly recommend PMTS, they have a very successful pass rate for the Ca. State board too! If you are looking into getting an inexpensive Haircut then go check them out...the building is bursting with energy! Thanks PMTS for everything! I would have to say that I was a little scared to be trying out a beauty school to get my long and VERY thick hair done. However, I can't believe how amazing it turned out! I arrived to be greeted by a very friendly staff and instantly became less nervous. My stylist was also very professional as well as the teacher in charge. We had a consultation as to what I wanted and it honestly turned out exactly as expected. After we were done with our haircut the student said that the 4 inches that was cut from my hair was to be collected in order to be sent off to a company to help with the oil spill in the Gulf. HOW AWESOME IS THAT. Not only did I get my hair done but I was helping the earth all in the same day. I couldn't say anything better about this place and I definitely recommend it!!! It doesn't really matter if the bullying s happening in the day program or the night program. Students are paying $25,000.00 to learn to become cosmetologists. The enviroment should be free from harrasment. Cons: Getting bullied by Paul Mitchell the School. more

Some of the girls at the San Diego school do look a lil screwed up if ya know what I mean. Hair is an art form. Yes, I agree, thats fine. But really, a red icthy weeping tatoo full of neosporin on the side of yur scull. Come on girl, you professionaly need help. more
